Ship Recycling and Demolition

Recycling and Demolition forms the precursor of fleet renewal and fleet upgradation programme, we guide owners and assist in selling older vintage end of life ships of any and all kinds to our close cash rich buyers “CASH BUYERS” whose primary role is to take the ships from as is where is basis or alternatively to the ship recycling yards in subcontinent (Alang, Chittagong, Gadani) and also turkey and sometimes china. We have buyers who also align with green ship recycling , HK Convention, Basel Convention, EU SSR regulations inline with EU and American standards of ship recycling.

Asset Evaluation

Valuations of ships are based on the Type, Yard, Age, Size, Class and Commercial charter rate. We evaluate the fair market value derived from the market forces and on-going macro economics in the shipping world used for official valuations to raise debt, finance, loans and making sale & purchase decision of ships/fleet for institutions, bankers and owners.

Sale N Lease Back

Ship financing from shipleasing banks, International banks and ship financing companies forms a part of major part of any ship purchase programme, refinancing and capitalising on changing banking dynamics, interest rates and earnings on the shipping forms a major strategy for any shipowner to sustain and grow their fleet. We encourage and formulate a model for the shipowners and ship leasing banks/ companies for such transactions which fits the shipowner model and lessors appetite with funds to finance these transactions.
